Counselling meetings are offered online (via Zoom) and by telephone - connecting us from wherever you are to my home therapy room. I currently have availability for these spaces.

I also work in-person, at my practice in Sudbury town centre on Tuesdays and Saturdays. At present, there is a small waiting list for these appointments. Please let me know if you would like to be notifiied when a space becomes available.

Appointment information

• All appointments are for 50 minutes - and are held at the same weekly time(s) on a short-term or an open-ended basis. 
  
• I charge £60 for each appointment, payable before your appointment.
• I offer a free 30-minute introductory phone call, to answer any questions you might have about therapy and explore your hopes for counselling. This initial call should give you a sense of me and if we might be a good fit to work together.
  

We might choose to meet at my private practice in Sudbury town centre.
