• I offer in-person appointments in Sudbury town centre - during the week, including some evening appointments. I also offer counselling in Sudbury on Saturdays.
  
• I provide counselling online and by telephone.
  

Appointment information

• All appointments are for 50 minutes - and are held at the same day and time, on a short-term or an open-ended basis. 
  
• I charge £60 a session, payable before your appointment.
• I offer a free 30-minute introductory phone call, to answer any questions you might have about therapy and explore your hopes for counselling. This initial call should give you a sense of me and if we might be a good fit to work together.
  

We might choose to meet at my private practice in Sudbury town centre.
