In the first session I will ask you what brings you to therapy. I may also ask you about your history and relationships. You can ask me questions about my counselling and we can talk about your expectations or fears. I will also explain my contract and how I work.
This work is most effective when client and therapist have a good relationship. If we are not a good fit, I can recommend other therapists for you to try.
